$59M incremental revenue through data-driven pricing and cross-sell
Copenhagen, Denmark
For more than 16 years, I've worked with leaders facing the same challenge. Decisions slow down because teams don't trust the numbers and the opportunities get missed while discussions focus on whose numbers are right rather than what action should be taken.
I help organizations create clarity by building trusted analytics products, performance frameworks, and governance models that help people align on the facts and focus on what to do next.
Student of business systems and decision making. Builder of products, teams, and trusted partnerships.

Background
“In God we trust; all others must bring data.”— W. Edwards Deming
I enjoy taking complex problems apart, identifying the few things that matter, and building practical solutions that people trust and use.
Over the years, I've learned that symptoms are often mistaken for problems. Declining margins, missed targets, low adoption, customer churn, or rising costs may signal that something is wrong, but they rarely explain why. The real work begins by understanding the factors underneath and separating causes from effects.
I've found that teams often move quickly toward solutions while working from different assumptions about the problem itself. Taking the time to frame the problem correctly creates alignment and usually leads to better decisions, stronger execution, and more sustainable outcomes.
That's why I spend as much time understanding the question as I do building the answer.

I'm actively exploring what's next — senior data product and analytics leadership roles where the work connects directly to how a business makes decisions. If that sounds like something worth a conversation, reach out.
